Experience the museum at your own pace with our free multimedia tours. Whether you prefer to follow a pre-determined route or search for specific artworks, our interactive app will guide you every step of the way. Utilizing interactive floor plans and directions, the app will seamlessly navigate you to your desired area or tour. The app also features a helpful blue space indicator to keep you informed of your location throughout your visit. To ensure optimal functionality, please ensure that your location facilities and Bluetooth are enabled.

The tours are designed to enhance everyone's experience. Each artwork has multiple layers of engagement, including 3D audio clips, animations that reveal unique details about the collection, and additional commentaries from passionate experts and enthusiasts. Uncover the hidden treasures of each piece as you delve deeper into the artistry.

Create your own route

We understand that no one knows your interests better than you do. That's why our app now allows you to effortlessly create your own personalized route. Under the "For You" section of the app, you'll find the "Make Your Own Route" option. This feature enables you to easily select the works you're most interested in seeing. Whether it's Vermeer, furniture, or a collection featuring cats, simply scroll through the categories and click on your preferred pieces. The app will then generate an ideal route that guides you from artwork to artwork.

Route selection assistant

If selecting individual works feels overwhelming, we have a solution for you. Introducing our new route selection assistant, which curates routes based on the interests of other visitors. Simply answer a few questions, and we'll recommend an ideal route tailored to your preferences. Looking for romance? Follow Valentijn van C van der Harten's route. Craving some fresh air? The decision aid will direct you to Harry's "Sea" route.

With the app, you can enjoy a 10% discount at our gift shop. Simply show your app at the shop to benefit from special offers.

Easily locate specific artworks, as well as amenities such as restrooms, cafes, and shops, by using our search feature.

Rijksstudio: enjoy your favorite artwork anytime, anywhere

With Rijksstudio in our new app, you can now immerse yourself in your favorite artworks whenever and wherever you choose. Scroll and swipe through the collection, zoom in on even the smallest details, and easily save images for future enjoyment.

Tickets

Easily purchase tickets through our app, save them for easy access, and scan them at the ticket checkpoint upon arrival.
